How The
Program Works

Participants may sign up to receive up to

12 training sessions at a time, on a first come first served basis.

    The out-of-pocket cost to the Participant per session is:

                     1:1 Personal Training - $10.00 ea.  

                               Group Training - $  5.00 ea.

       (Payable to: Milly In Motion before training begins)

We offer financial
reimbursement to certified special population providers on a first come, first served basis.
