Specialty Services
Adaptive Yoga

Adaptive Yoga is a specialty service within MIM. It supports participant well‑being through breathwork, grounding, gentle mobility, and nervous‑system regulation, and is offered alongside our core Adaptive Fitness model.
Sessions may be individualized or in small groups and focus on accessible movement, breathwork, and calming techniques. Any strength‑based work is part of our Adaptive Fitness model, not our Adaptive Yoga service.
All Adaptive Yoga providers must hold a recognized yoga credential and complete MIM’s orientation before offering sessions.
